Independently licensed nurses and medical providers retain full authority over clinical assessments, treatment decisions, documentation, and billing. Clinical authority does not flow through Susie’s Elite Care LLC. Nurses providing services are engaged as independent medical providers under separate subcontractor agreements and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Susie’s Elite Care LLC
